I think that this site is created for customers of this fashion to get information about them.
3.What are the good attributes of the site (in terms of usability, aesthetic issues, etc)?
The good attributes of this site is that, it is easy for people to navigate to where they want. It full fills the purpose of what you click is what you get.
4.What are the bad attributes of this site?
The site is designed very half- heartedly if not ameturish. Some of the font colors that was used does not stand out from from the background color. This may cause the viewer to have a hard time reading. The layout is rather simple as well. There are also pages where there are too many text clustered together. Overall I think that, when viewers come to this page, they may feel not as attracted to go to the store, as they may think, if they did such a bad job with the site, their service attitude may not be far off either.
